Betty and I are a wonderful team! ❤️
60 boutonnieres and 70 corsages later!
Note for next time: lighter gauge wire from Walmart is much nicer for the bracelet portion of the corsage and a single rose corsage is quite elegant and much faster to assemble.
First night instant pot meat of choice: chicken, beef, pork loin -add broth/wine for plenty of juice.
That’s the first meal.
Leftover time: cooked rice, cheese, frozen chopped spinach, raisins, meat.
one layer each rice, shredded cheese, spinach (still frozen), cheese, meat, raisins, shredded cheese. Cover with foil. Bake.
Make one for later, too.
Super easy and quick, versatile and delish.
It was wonderful seeing Anne last week and getting to visit with her and Betty. 💞

The lighthouse came from the store and the little tray from Ikea for only $5.
So far no one has noticed the little sign.
The quote is from the last homily (fr. Arne) excellent book!
God bless you, gentle readers, all 3 of you!❤️
The concert of Jubilate Deo by Dan Forrest was performed at briarwoods high school in Auburn–and it will be posted on their web site if you’d like to see it. It was sung in Latin. Hebrew/Aramaic, Chinese, Spanish, English and African. It was great: full orchestra and a chorus of 150! All praising God 🙂
Nonie’s book is wonderful! Great job, Nonie, we are so proud of you!
Brothers–texas on right

Nonie and nano are giving each of the grands pajamas…the Hilleary’s on the feast of St Lucy.
Jeanne caught Ken yawning for this Christmas card. Fa la la la la, la la la la!
Astrid is part pippi longstocking and part Anne Shirley whose best friend is a 74year old neighbor. Astrid is also known as the little thunderbolt of Glimmerdal (for good reason), and her motto is “speed and self confidence”. It’s quite charming.
You are beautiful!
Such a blessing!
The Magnificent Seven
What a gift this Christmas!
All twins all the time around here lately but even before they arrived I wondered what will they be like? Fraternal, obviously…
But boy and girl…
Clearly it was hard to imagine what they would be like.
Soon twins began showing up everywhere
And the day before induction, we went to Walmart with Teresa but no emergency delivery there… Thank goodness…
Finally Thursday November 29th arrived..
